Hotel Chateau Frontenac Paris

I had a fantastic stay at Chateau Frontenac in Paris! The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to help answer our questions. The room had a second door, which provided a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. The location was perfect, just off Champs Elysées, with easy access to many tourist attractions. The hotel also offered a high-quality French breakfast at a nearby café. I was very satisfied with my stay and would love to visit again!

The hotel offered a comfortable lounge and bar area, perfect for relaxing with a drink or snack. The location was key, with close proximity to major attractions and metro stops. the staff was helpful and accommodating throughout my stay.

The hotel's rooms were not well soundproofed, and I could hear noise from both neighboring rooms and the street below, which affected my sleep quality. The breakfast options were also limited.

Well-maintained hotel with excellent service and best possible location near Champs Elysees & Eiffel Tower, all the major landmarks and many sights.

Convenient hotel in a good area not far from restaurants, the Pont d'Alma Metro stops.

I loved my Eiffel Tower view room at Chateau Frontenac! The room was super clean and modern, and the balcony with table and chairs was amazing. I could sit out there all day, gazing at the beauty of the Eiffel Tower. The breakfast was also ample, generous, and delicious. The WiFi worked perfectly, and the hotel's central location made it convenient to explore the city. I highly recommend this hotel for a nice stay in Paris.

The hotel was COMFY, it met the purpose, I loved its brilliant location adjacent to best shopping and restaurants in Paris metro station, the tourist attractions, Eiffel Tower.

The staff at this hotel were extremely friendly and welcoming. The location is perfect, with easy access to the Champs-Elysees and other tourist spots. The room decor is pleasant and the bed is very comfortable, with clean sheets and a great pillow. The lobby creates a good impression upon arrival.

We loved this place! It has everything we needed for a perfect getaway. The location was fantastic, with street level restaurant, only a short walk away from several metro stops, and within reach of the famous Champs-Élysées. The service was exceptional, with room service, bell staff/porter, and housekeeping all ensuring our comfort during our stay. The room amenities were top-notch, with ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, mini-bar. We were especially impressed by the staff who were friendly and gave us excellent service, even offering us a welcome drink upon arrival.

Recommended for families.

This hotel is easy to access via the Paris metro station and is located in the heart of Paris with good restaurants nearby. The bathroom is well-equipped and the room has a tea pot with a great selection of high-end teas.

Correspondence and service was poor and the staff was annoyed when asked for help with valet parking.

Our room was spacious and well-equipped with modern amenities. Despite a minor issue with the air conditioning on our first night, the hotel staff quickly resolved the problem and were very helpful throughout our stay. The location was perfect for exploring the city and the breakfast selection was delicious.

We absolutely loved staying at this luxurious hotel! The location couldn't have been more perfect for us, as it was very near the shopping area and just a short walk away from the famous Champs-Élysées. We were thrilled to find so many boutiques and restaurants within close proximity to the hotel, making it incredibly convenient for us to explore and dine out.

In terms of drawbacks, there was only one minor issue we encountered. One of the lifts was out of order during our stay.
